I’m Vickie Russell Bell, a yoga teacher and therapist (ERYT-500, C-IAYT) with 30 years of experience helping students move with greater ease, awareness, and self-compassion. My teaching blends accessible movement, restorative yoga, and a deep understanding of the nervous system to create a supportive space for exploration and healing.
Yoga reminds me of my okay-ness—that my habitual thoughts, worries, and judgments are just that: thoughts. They aren’t real. I can’t hold them in my hand or tuck them into my pocket. But when I move and breathe fully, the layers of protection and perfection begin to soften. Possibility and peace meet me there. Life feels looser, my connection to myself and others is restored, and I remember my wholeness.
For decades, I’ve built a dedicated community of students, many practicing with me for 20+ years. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, I’d love to be your guide.
